The Record for the "Youngest Theoretical Author" was achieved by Mr. Onkar Singh of Jammu & Kashmir, India on 03 October 2018. He had written a book named "When the Time Stops" on the Physics of Time which contains around 15 theories and laws with 52 pages of approx 7500 words.
