Anyone attempting a world record shall do so entirely at their own risk with no liability to or on behalf of RHR (India). Records submitted are reviewed and at the sole discretion of RHR (India) either accepted or rejected based on factors such as risk and safety to the attemptee, others involved, spectators, sponsors, and whether or not the record is one that can be broken. Individualized stunts may be accepted as such but not classified/awarded world record status
